We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional to help ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our software and firmware products. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, working closely with experienced Scrum teams on system-level, regression, and performance testing.Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with Scrum teams to understand product features and requirements, contributing to clear and concise testing objectives.- Assist in designing and implementing system-level tests to verify functionality across various software and firmware components.- Help conduct regression testing to identify any potential issues after changes or updates to software and firmware.- Support performance testing to evaluate system behaviors under various conditions and loads.- Help analyze test results, document bugs, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.- Learn to maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Participate in Scrum meetings and learn to provide updates on QA progress and challenges.- Gain exposure to the development and implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.- Adhere to industry standards and company QA best practices.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.- Strong interest in quality assurance, with a willingness to learn about software and firmware testing.- Basic knowledge of system testing, regression testing, and performance testing methodologies.- Exposure to automated testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes preferred.- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.What We Offer:- A collaborative environment with passionate professionals.- A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.- Extensive training and mentorship.- Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
