As QA Manager, you will work closely with development teams and technical leads to implement a quality-first mindset throughout the organization, without creating silos.
Responsibilities Embed quality practices within cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentoring developers on quality standards and best practices. Implement QA strategies, processes, and standards that can be adopted by cross-functional teams. Collaborate with team leads to ensure quality objectives are met. Collaborate with the testing group to ensure plans are integrated into the development process. Facilitate and ensure best practices of automated testing within development teams. Work with development teams to identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Ensure QA metrics are integrated into the software development life cycle. Favor quality-centric methodologies within all phases of the software development life cycle. Promote open communication between development teams regarding quality issues, initiatives, and performance. Prepare and present quality reports to the executive team, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Promote transparency and collaboration across development teams to maintain high-quality best practices. Qualifications Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. We highly value soft skills, specifically: responsibility, honesty, humbleness, and hunger; candidates should be naturally attracted to this set of values. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the software development industry. Proven experience in integrating QA practices within cross-functional teams. Candidate must have a good understanding of Agile software development. Demonstrate excellent communication (spoken and written) and leadership skills. Candidate must be able to engage in English-based conversations without any problem. Proactivity and critical thinking are a must. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
