Software Quality Engineer

**Education and Experience**- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science (or equivalent workexperience required)- 1-3 years of related experience- Experience with automated software deployment solutions - Preferred- Experience using Atlassian Jira - Preferred**Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Access, Excel and Outlook- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers, clients andemployees- Capable of problem solving and has superior communication skills- Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems- Knowledge of mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages and ratios- Strong customer service and communication skills.- Must be able to handle a wide work variety and work in a fast-paced environment- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills- The ability to think strategically and find creative solutions to problems- Experience with agile and scrum development methods and processes- Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload- Committed to diversity and inclusion
