**Technical lead for the software team offshore and onsite**
- Lead the software architecture design, review system design, module adaptation and optimization in a real time multi-core automotive system
- Enforce engineering standards of the division and best practices.
- Customer PoC for technical support.
- Ensure delivery of the Software components to the respective projects.
- Contribute to the recruitment of the members of his team.
- Responsible of the SW Efficiency and improvements.
- Deploy the Engineering process, methodology and tools defined by/ together with the Engineering discipline Mngr / Dir.
- Ensure that each single design is achieving the highest level of Robust design.
- Expertise in Embedded C programing.
- Experience with Embedded SW Architecture, Design & Implementation.
- Hands on experience with AUTOSAR architecture : BSW, RTE & APPlication layer.
- Experience with 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers, DSP's or Multi-core controllers.
- Experience with IBM Rational Doors or similar requirement management tools.
- Familiarity with Automotive network interfaces (e.g. CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Awareness of ASPICE Process.
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR basic software (BSW) configuration tools such as EB Tresos, Vector DaVinci or similar configurators is a plus.
- Proficient working autonomously in a remote setting, without supervision, and able to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- High level of innovation and motivation.
