In a global team, we develop inverters for the full range of power and voltage classes.
All elements for the energy transformation in electric vehicles - such as Chargers or DCDC Converters - are designed here.
And as the environmental conditions impose similar challenges on drivetrain products, these are also developed in Power Electronics.
In this product range, we lay the basis for successful products by developing materials, technologies, and building blocks such as electronic functions, power modules, or complex SW drivers.
We integrate these into products for our customers and by that, we can go up to a full turn-key system.
As a Software Technical Project Leader, you will manage a software project development within an international team.
You will have to create a trustful connection with the customer and ensure the deliveries are done on time at cost and with the expected content.
**Job description**:
- Contribution to the quotation activities
- Development and maintenance of the Software Project Plan with cost, quality, risk analysis, and timing throughout the life of the project.
- Planning the tasks and assigning them to project team members
- Coordinating and controlling project activities and assure they are in line with the project plan
- Responsible for regular progress control of development activities and reporting the status to other Technical Project Leaders and Project Managers, escalate issues.
- Regular budget reviews at the software level.
- Organize project reviews (gate, milestones, engineering release).
- Management of problem resolution and change management process including impacts to project timing, cost, and overall risks.
- Performing risk assessment, control, and steering the implementation of risk measures.
- Responsible for actively managing and optimizing the use of resources on the project
- Responsible for performing the Product Design Reviews for the deliveries in his discipline according to the defined process.
- Responsible for providing lessons learned.
- Provide support for the introduction of the developed project into production.
