Sofware Project Manager/Scrum Master

**Responsibilities**:- Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.- Serve as a Scrum Master for agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Implement and enforce agile principles and practices to enhance team productivity and delivery.- Foster collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.- Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners/vendors.- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software project management, with a focus on agile methodologies.- Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master for development teams.
