Job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated and experienced sales person to join our commercial sales team. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our channel partners, including building owners, contractors, sales organizations and installers, to drive sales and revenue growth.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and building owners.- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand our reach in the market- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively sell our products and services- Use CRM software to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and customer information- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close, including negotiating contracts and pricing**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field- 3+ years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in the solar industry or a related field- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Fluent in English and Spanish- Must live in Tijuana, MexicoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Tijuana, B.C.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Educación:- Bachillerato terminado (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
