**About the position**:Join us as a Solar Project Manager for Industrial Sector to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Operations team, and play a critical role in achieving Bright's goals by aligning the Operations team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for planning and organizing the installation of photovoltaic systems, collaborating with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and complying with the project Capital Expenditures. You will ensure high quality and meet client requirements and electrical standards while addressing challenges and ensuring safety compliance.TasksYour tasks and responsibilities will be**Budget evaluation**:- Manage preliminary quoting and evaluation of installer quotes based on technical, cost, and time factors while meeting Service Level Agreements.**Operational Oversight**:- Coordinate on-site technical visits, scheduling, and validation of deliverables within Service Level Agreements.**Construction and design audit**:- Ensure optimized design, construction, and procurement while adhering to technical, cost, time constraints and customer satisfaction guidelines.**Communication and Liaison**:- Communicate the final project evaluation, including quotes, to the Sales team for alignment.**Project management**:- Oversee approved project development, including milestone kick-off, deliverable evaluation, procurement coordination, and technical compliance during construction while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.**Requirements**:**We're looking for someone who**:- Has an Energy and/or electrical background with specific experience in electromechanical installations of at least 5 years.- Has at least 2 years of project management experience.- Has the EC-0586.01 certification or equivalent with advanced knowledge in the NOM-001-SEDE-2012/2018 and NEC 690, Photovoltaic Design, Electrical Design, and Project Management.- Is comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.**Benefits**: Benefits- The opportunity to learn first hand about the distributed generation regulatory scheme in México while being a part of the fastest-growing startup in the country.- A fun, high-caliber team that trusts you and gives you the freedom to be brilliant.- Private health insurance.- Access to cost-free mental health care.- Parental leave.- Access to mentorship programs.- 100% remote work (40 hrs per week).- Salary range: $25,000 -$30,000 MXN.
