Job Purpose Responsibly operate the manual or robotic welding process station to which he/she has been assigned to meet the requirements of Safety and quality in the manufacture of products for our customers.
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Comply with the safety guidelines and standards established in your work area and specific measures within your operation.
Carry out the procedures outlined in your work instructions Permanently comply with work schedules (entrances, dining room, bathroom, work groups, exit, etc.)
and maintain constant operational discipline.
Properly use the escalation plan to alert of problems in the equipment and/or in the quality of the products to try to avoid the stoppage of the production lines Train, advise and mentor other operators, showing them how to work according to the standardized work system, both inside and outside the production line.
