Job PurposeJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesComply with the safety guidelines and standards established in your work area and specific measures within your operation.Permanently comply with work schedules (entrances, dining room, bathroom, work groups, exit, etc.) and maintain constant operational discipline.Properly use the escalation plan to alert of problems in the equipment and/or in the quality of the products to try to avoid the stoppage of the production lines.Train, advise and mentor other operators, showing them how to work according to the standardized work system, both inside and outside the production line.
