And of course, we are always looking for talented people to help us have a positive impact on our industry and beyond!**JOB SUMMARY**- Supervise the process and operation in the production of solid chocolate and provide staff with what is necessary to carry out their work, enforcing product specifications and procedures, as well as GMPs.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Print Production Program.- Check log of shift leaders.- Take a tour of the area to detect areas of opportunity and correct those that can be done at the moment.- Check that each line has its corresponding reports.- Request and physically receive the packaging material, registering it in the corresponding electronic and physical format.- Physically receive RW or re-packaging material, registering it in the corresponding physical and electronic format.- Follow up generated SOTMs until they are closed.- Register Efficiency.- Record of rw generated and reincorporated in electronic.- Register of excess weight of the lines that are being worked on, this electronically.- Record of attendance and vacations of the personnel in Atos.- Comply with activities assigned by the area coordinator in a timely manner- Take out and record pig feed from your shift- Prepare inventories of raw materials and liquid chocolate when entering and leaving shifts.- Deliver square physical inventory of PR1 to the next turn- Physically check at the end of each run that the molding TK is empty and free of residue.- Responsible for leaving free area of rw.- Hold 5s for the entire turn.- Make returns of raw material to the warehouse by physically delivering it to the warehouseman.- Responsible for keeping pans and baskets clean and tidy for the next run.- Check production every hour and maintain optimum efficiency %.- Fill log of shift leaders.- Responsible for the cleanliness, good condition and operation of the equipment.- Comply in each production with the BOM of materials.- Make staff comply with specifications and procedures, policies and BPMs.**PROFILE**- Technical career Engineering (desirable) or related
