**JOB SUMMARY & PURPOSE**- Coordinate the shipments of finished product based on the requirements of our customers.
Is responsible for incoming and outgoing order processing and documentation, including generating delivery/shipping documents, under the guidance of the Solid Shipments Coordinator.
Liaises with internal and external transport companies/departments for timely incoming/ outgoing shipments.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Schedule the shipment of orders of finished product or raw materials for delivery to customers or intercompany transfers- Coordinate exports of raw materials or finished product, from loading the merchandise to delivery to the customer- Request and confirmation of transport units- Preparation of shipping documents- Tracking of cargo, units in transit, and customer deliveries- Fill out the logistics reports**PROFILE**- Bachelor in Industrial engineering- 1+ years of relevant working experience in supply chain / Logistic- Skills in Excel and MS Office Suite- English -Intermediate- SAP Knowledge (Desired)At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
