**About the Role**In this opportunity as a** Solution Center & Pre Sales Manager**, you will:- Drive the Proposition Sales Strategy from end-to-end development on feature/function specifications for new or legacy propositions, creating Go to Market strategies to meet our financial goals.- Provide management and leadership to team leaders or supervisors.- Assign work, allocate resources, monitor results, control costs, and manage staff.- Interprets internal and external business issues and recommends solutions, applies a broad perspective to identify solutions to complex problems.- Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities, which support overall business strategy.- Implement complex or unusual technical, operational, and organizational problems that may be multi-disciplinary.- Develops strong relationships and negotiate with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.- Communicates difficult and complex concepts effectively, by altering communication style to the audience.- Gathers analyses and presents complex concepts or sensitive information for discussion with more senior levels of management.- Influences others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives.
**About You**You're a fit for the role if your background includes:- Bachelor's Degree- Fluent English is a must.- + 5 years of experience in similar positions.- **_ Experience in leading high-performance pre - sales teams is a must._**:- Strong knowledge of Global Trade- Experiences working in a big four is preferred not a must.- Strong commercial skills such as negotiation, active listening, business-oriented, and commercial awareness.- commercial experience and knowledge of the Mexican market and other Latin American countries.
