If yes, we're looking for you.Join our team and work with us on our expansion project in Mexico, prospecting new sales opportunities, developing pipelines & closing opportunities.About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Solution Center & Pre Sales Manager, you will:Drive the Proposition Sales Strategy from end-to-end development on feature/function specifications for new or legacy propositions, creating Go to Market strategies to meet our financial goals.Apply your knowledge about current industry trends to analyze and review diverse issues and demonstrate people leadership skills.Provide management and leadership to team leaders or supervisors.Assign work, allocate resources, monitor results, control costs, and manage staff.Interpret internal and external business issues and recommend solutions, applying a broad perspective to identify solutions to complex problems.Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities, which support overall business strategy.Implement complex or unusual technical, operational, and organizational problems that may be multi-disciplinary.Develop strong relationships and negotiate with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.Communicate difficult and complex concepts effectively, by altering communication style to the audience.Gather, analyze and present complex concepts or sensitive information for discussion with more senior levels of management.Influence others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives.About YouYou're a fit for the role if your background includes:Bachelor's DegreeFluent English is a must.5+ years of experience in similar positions.Experience in leading high-performance pre-sales teams is a must.Strong knowledge of Global TradeExperience working in a big four is preferred but not a must.Strong commercial skills such as negotiation, active listening, business-oriented, and commercial awareness.Commercial experience and knowledge of the Mexican market and other Latin American countries.To apply, please upload your updated resume in English.Location: CDMXWhat's in it For You?Hybrid Work Model: We've adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.Wellbeing: Comprehensive benefit plans; flexible and supportivebenefits for work-life balance: flexible vacation, two company-wide Mental Health Days Off; work from another location for up to a total of 8 weeks in a year, 4 of those weeks can be out of the country and the remaining in the country, Headspace app subscription; retirement, and employee incentive programs; resources for mental, physical, and financial wellbeing
