**Solution Consultant S&C**
**SoftwareOne**
Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City
- Primarily responsible for determining the overall strategic & operational scope of a new business opportunities with customers and prospects. Part business analyst, part sales-person, works closely with sales and implementation teams to understand strategic business issues, and then, craft and communicate solution strategies._
**Main activities**:
- Close collaboration with Account Managers, GSDC, Solution Spcialists, and other cross-functional departaments.
- RFP process with Sales Organization.
- Upsell and Cross-sell within named accounts.
- Service Adoption and Utilization.
- Business opportunities identification.
- Targeted campaign support, enablement, and upsell.
- Attending internal / external calls and presentations as an expert source.
- Collaborate with sales on strategic potential customers to develop an account plan to maximize opportunities and increase gross profit attainment.
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams.
- Support enablement for customers as a Account Manager on products, licesing, and services, and proactively communicate updates.
- Suppoort customer setup and onboarding as needed.
- Prospect new customers and have excellence service for our customers.
What we need to see from you:

- +2 years of sales experience.
- Customer Intelligence: Utilizes data obtained on customers through various platforms to better understand customers and build deeper relationships.
- Advanced English is a must.
**Nice to have**:
- Previous experience working in IT companies.
- Microsoft Licensing and Cloud expertise is a plus.
