Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will do in This Role: The Solution Design Project Engineer on the Key Accounts team is responsible for overseeing the engineering efforts and estimation of large and complex MHE solutions. This team member manages the definition of solution requirements, identifies relevant controls architectures, generates description of operations, supports customer layout reviews, generates/directs the development of solution design, supports concepting efforts, and generates system cost estimations using department tools/processes. This role will lead, schedule, plan, and manage all the technical activities with attention to project accuracy and quality. Solution Design Project Engineer Responsibilities: Review requirements from customer/sales team and closely collaborate with relevant internal/external stakeholders to generate executable system concepts.Lead team members, create 3D models, and generate proposal drawings to achieve concept freeze.Produce material lists and project scope of work summaries.Identify relevant control architectures, delineate control boundaries, specify relevant interfaces between machine/host, and generate vendor quote requirements
