.About the team The LATAM Product Strategy & Operations team at TikTok is a dynamic and diverse group focused on driving the success of TikTok's product offerings in Latin America. About the role TikTok seeks an experienced product marketing professional with a measurement and digital marketing background to lead the go-to-market for advertising. As part of LATAM Product Strategy & Operations organization, the role involves close collaboration with headquarters product teams in a high-growth environment and the Sales teams. An ability to self-motivate, prioritize and influence partners are key skills. Candidates must have experience working with advertising products and have strong project management capabilities. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Mexico City. Responsibilities: Be responsible for part of Lead Ads and Core Ads in LATAM markets. Define the go-to-market strategy for TikTok's ever-evolving Lead Ads and Core Ads products. Partner with a range of cross-functional teams across the region to ensure flawless execution of this strategy. Set goals, manage launches, and implement activations to drive adoption. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance. Represent product in-market by demonstrating ownership of overall sales team understanding and acting as the conduit between market and HQ. Deeply understand the features of Lead Ads, Core Ads, and Digital advertising products; promote product operation plans focusing on revenue and performance as well as the needs of advertisers, and be responsible for growth and revenue. Monitor, research, and analyze the data of the market by industry, dig up problems and opportunities. Work with regional sales team and client solution team to identify market opportunities and client requirements. Act as the voice of the region in product; synthesize market insights and collaborate with Product Managers and Global product marketing teams to identify solutions. Sales enablement and product training. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above. 3 years of experience in the digital advertising industry. Product marketing or product management experience with digital Ad products. Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and commitment. A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis. Proven track record of creating value through strategic product marketing, developing GTM plans, activation strategies, and market research that will bring TikTok's advertising products to life. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish are a must due to business need. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience with digital marketing / Ad-tech products in the measurement field. Marketing/Data Science experience. SQL, Data Visualization, and reporting experience
