Knowledge in CRM, ITSM, ITSEC, ITIL, Office 365.Key Responsibilities 1.
Responds to technical queries through RFIs (Requer Information) and supports the response of RFPs (Requer Proposal) that are addressed toImplementation Services.2.
Provides support in answering questions asked in RFPs towards Implementation Services, through support cases.3.
Provides product demonstration sessions, with preparation and related information provided by the Commercial team, in order to collaborate with Commercial in the Why Analysis, if their assistance is required.4.
Installs / configures proofs of concept of the tools, depending on the product and the need, this can be in our instances or in the client's trial instances.5.
Audits compliance of Presales procedures and raises rags when the Commercial Team requests are in some way unsuitabr an effective Presales activity (session, PoC, among others).6.
Comply with and encourage compliance with rules and procedures established in the organization.
