Job Description - Solution Supplier Quality Purchaser (0090SH) Position: Solution Supplier Quality Purchaser - 0090SH
Responsibilities: Implement & Follow-up Quality Management Systems including Suppliers, Internal Audits, Supplier Audits.Evaluate & Increase Supplier Service Level with action plans & follow-up.Manage Supplier Audits involving Technical, Quality, Safety, Engineering fields.Collaborate and Network with NAM Team.Implement & Follow-Up Procurement Excellence System.Understand how business works in terms of Technical & Quality needs.Communicate Tips & Best Practices of other Regions with Labor Suppliers (Handling, Wiring Connection, etc.).Implement & Follow-up Quality Fundamentals methodology with Strategic Suppliers.Update SOC (supplier orientation chart) evaluation with Procurement Team.Manage Supplier Performance in terms of Logistics, Safety, Cybersecurity, and Quality.Drive Continuous Improvement with Strategic Suppliers in terms of Quality.Ensure Monthly KPI results.Manage & Coordinate Strategic Supplier Sourcing for Critical Business.Understand & Identify Supplier Risk and Mitigate Impact for all BU's.Qualifications: Quality fundamentals knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Electrical and Mechanical components Knowledge (Optional).Passionate about Negotiations.Act like an Owner.L03 - Influence & Convince.FP04 - Procurement Supplier Management.FG02 - Project Organization & Planning.FD12 - Contract, Changes & Claim Management.C011 - Business Acumen.C014 - Digital Acumen.C005 - Issue Resolution.FG06 - Manages Risks and Opportunities of Solutions Business.L06 - Foster collaboration and networking.
