Solution Supply Chain PlannerThis position manages the P2P process and serves as the key interface of the plant regarding purchasing productivity and supplier management. It involves managing relations between the procurement organization and the plant/project managers/tendering and business stakeholders.Manage RFI/RFQ & negotiation.Update and monitor the supplier list.Manage supplier relationships and performance to drive continuous improvement and long-term collaboration, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and addressing any issues that may arise, leading to return of experience activities.Contribute to risk analysis.Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and evaluate the work of the procurement unit; assure that standards are maintained and that work is completed within established deadlines.Input or review purchase requisitions into Workday, ensuring compliance with procurement and accounting standards and monitoring Workday for timely processing of requests while managing the P2P process.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and support divisions in clearly understanding procurement services, performing root cause analysis of deviations.Manage performance analysis and action plans to improve purchasing efficiency.Provide specific support to purchasing teams regarding dedicated tools and/or technical purchasing issues.Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, relevant laws, rules, and regulations, and streamline administrative processing to ensure proper documentation of all procurement activities and alignment with internal purchasing audits (PES).Provide regular spend reports and procurement KPIs to leadership and identify cost-saving opportunities where possible.Perform other duties as required in the procurement field.QualificationsEducation1. Preferred University Degree (preferably in engineering, procurement, accounting, or international operations)2. Any supply chain or procurement certification is an asset.Language Requirements1. English fluency is a must.2. Another language will be valuable.Experience1. Supplier management experience: 1-3 years.2. Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing.Skills Requirements1. Strong presentation and communication skills.2. Advanced in Microsoft packages or similar and procurement software.3. Team player.4. Familiarity with SAP, S4 Hana Titan, etc.5. Proactive & independent; taking ownership of purchasing activities and building scalable processes as we grow.6. Highly organized.7.
