.Job Description: Solutions and Product AnalystWagento Creative LLC & eWay Corp**Accepted Locations**:- USA: 1099 on call- Mexico: Full-time or by hour (contractor on call)- LATAM: Contractor by hour on call- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00 CDT Minneapolis**Preferred Skills**:- 3+ years of experience working in the Retail domain, leading enterprise initiatives, and supporting e-commerce or Personalization Digital initiatives.- Experience collaborating with business teams on Digital initiatives, roadmap planning, scope, and development/release planning.- Strong product management skills with a deep understanding of the product vision and overall product lifecycle.- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.**Mandatory Experience**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent eCommerce/ web Development Experience.- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst in an agile environment.- Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, and other agile development frameworks.- Proven experience managing design and delivery of low-to-medium complexity products.- Knowledge and experience with microservices & Service-Oriented Architecture Methods and implementation technologies.- English; advanced professional to Native skills.**Responsibilities (your day to day)**:**E-commerce Solutions**:- Engage directly with clients for Magento, Big Commerce, and other e-commerce platforms to gather requirements and understand their business needs.- Provide non-coding solutions, such as data imports, tax configuration in Magento Big Commerce, and other non-technical methods.- Advise various business stakeholders on e-commerce-related matters.**Product Management**:- Own the development and delivery of e-commerce software products in line with business needs.- Drive key business relationships for e-commerce product initiatives.- Research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information related to e-commerce products.**Agile Project Management**:- Work within the Agile Service Management Agreement (SMA) framework.- Own and maintain an executable backlog of product requirements.- Define and communicate prioritization of product requirements considering business value and tradeoffs.- Assist with distillation of product backlog requirements into user stories.**Collaboration and Training**:- Collaborate with project Analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Educate clients on their chosen e-commerce platform, ensuring understanding of functionalities and features.- Provide training sessions to enhance client proficiency in managing their online store.**Preventing Scope Creep**:- Proactively identify and address potential scope creep issues during the requirement-gathering phase.- Work closely with the team to define clear project scopes and deliverables.**Competencies**:- Proven ability to recognize value and manage investments to maximize value delivered
