Once defined, this role will also be responsible for developing the proposal and accompanying documentation to assist with gaining client acceptance.- **Technical Consultation**:Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on solution proposals, system integration, and best practices to optimize the performance and scalability of our standalone or integrated software solutions.- **Proof of Concept (PoC) Development**:Support the development and execution of PoCs to demonstrate the value proposition of our solutions, working closely with customers to validate requirements and showcase functionality.- **Implementation Support**:Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the implementation process to drive customer satisfaction and adoption.- **Product Feedback**:Gather customer feedback and insights on product functionality, performance, and usability, and collaborate with product management teams to inform product roadmap and prioritize enhancements and features.- **Knowledge Sharing**: Contribute to the development of technical documentation, training materials, and best practice guides to enable sales teams, partners, and customers to effectively understand and utilize our solutions.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
