They will be responsible for planning and building a solution that matches the client's needs and expectations. This role will focus on building a strong working alliance between all stakeholders involved in onboarding/implementation from Sales, Product, Product Marketing and Engineering through to Client Success.The ideal candidate is a true team player and partner with a passion for driving a top-notch customer experience. He/she should be detail oriented, skilled at project management and able to understand and explain technical details. He/she should be resourceful, proactive, analytical, and highly committed to meeting a prospective client/client's needs, whilst possessing exceptional communication, organizational and inter-personal skills.Performance ResponsibilitiesBe a primary point of contact for clients to facilitate and support the onboarding and integrations experience and foster quality assurance across the board.Build and maintain strong client relationships, excel at understanding the client's business and dynamics of their internal operation.Keep up with changes to the technology and provide internal feedback to product and product marketing.Timely and successful deliver our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Understand, plan and project manage all integrations required.Actively initiate and host product trainings and develop educational collateral for clients as needed.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Collect and analyze customer data, forecast and track account metrics based on customer KPIs.Prepare reports on account statuses, maintain regular status checks and coordinate handoff to the Client Success team.Consistently maintain updated knowledge and communication around our company products and confirm that is shared across their team and exercised in implementation.Structure standard offerings to enable a quicker and easier onboarding process for scaling.What We Expect From YouStrong written and verbal communication skills
