This person is accountable for exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas and driving adoption and utilization with customers and prospects in collaboration with internal teams and the broader Docusign partner ecosystem.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Solutions Consultant.**Responsibility**- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers- Confer with customers and engineers to assess the solutions needs and to determine software requirements- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery- Plan and adapt products to meet customer needs- Help solve customer problems by creating demos, POC etc.- Recommend improvements to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production- Help in researching and developing new products**Job Designation**:**Hybrid**:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.**What You Bring**:**Basic**- 2+ years' experience as a technology solutions consultant- 2+ years' experience supporting sales teams and customers technical questions- 2+ years' experience helping customers solve problems and creating demos and POCs- Oral Fluent EnglishPreferred qualifications- 5+ years prior pre-sales experience within SaaS offering, ideally cloud-based- Proficient in delivering software demonstrations in-person and virtually- Experience with technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs and RFIs, etc
