**The Solutions Engineering Team**:
The JWP Solutions Engineering team collaborates with customers both pre
- and post-sales to gain a comprehensive understanding of our product's value proposition and its implementation. We closely partner with customers to assist in designing solutions that leverage both our own and our partners' products.
**The Opportunity**:
**As a Solutions Engineer, you will**:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of JWP and Platform products.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and guide them through the sales process.
- Effectively present and articulate the business value of our solutions and products to managers and executives of all backgrounds.
- Grasp the competitive landscape in video technology and position JWP's product value within that ecosystem.
- Conduct client-facing information gathering sessions and demonstrate JWP's products, delivering technical pre-sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective publishers.
- Support the RFI/RFP process by providing comprehensive responses to technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to internalize feedback and align with sales processes.
- Continuously enhance value and play an integral role in the JWP Sales Team.
- Collaborate within an account team to manage and support an existing book of business, fostering new product adoption while maintaining support for our current customer base.
- Achieve quarterly and annual objectives.
**Requirements for the role**:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a related field, with a focus on Advertising/Video product expertise.
- Excellent presentation skills, including experience delivering technical details to diverse audiences.
- Experience in the Video Delivery, Live Streaming, and OTT space.
- Excellent writing skills for responding to RFI/RFPs and for business communications with customers.
- Demonstrated experience in problem identification and resolution, with a hands-on approach to solving tactical and strategic challenges.
- Experience collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders across Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing.
- Ability to adapt to the evolving landscape of sales and product.
- Solutions-focused attitude and enjoyment in client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and pay attention to details.
- Experience with either front-end development (e.g., JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.).
**Bonus Points**:
- Technical sales or support experience in SaaS organizations, preferably in the video streaming industry.
