We closely partner with customers to assist in designing solutions that leverage both our own and our partners' products.**The Opportunity**:**As a Solutions Engineer, you will**:- Maintain a thorough understanding of JWP and Platform products.- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and guide them through the sales process.- Effectively present and articulate the business value of our solutions and products to managers and executives of all backgrounds.- Grasp the competitive landscape in video technology and position JWP's product value within that ecosystem.- Conduct client-facing information gathering sessions and demonstrate JWP's products, delivering technical pre-sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective publishers.- Support the RFI/RFP process by providing comprehensive responses to technical requirements.- Collaborate closely with senior management to internalize feedback and align with sales processes.- Continuously enhance value and play an integral role in the JWP Sales Team.- Collaborate within an account team to manage and support an existing book of business, fostering new product adoption while maintaining support for our current customer base.- Achieve quarterly and annual objectives.**Requirements for the role**:- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a related field, with a focus on Advertising/Video product expertise.- Excellent presentation skills, including experience delivering technical details to diverse audiences.- Experience in the Video Delivery, Live Streaming, and OTT space.- Excellent writing skills for responding to RFI/RFPs and for business communications with customers.- Demonstrated experience in problem identification and resolution, with a hands-on approach to solving tactical and strategic challenges
