**The Role**The FreeAgent CRM Post-Sales Team is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Software Engineer and experienced leader to manage and develop our Technical Implementations Team.
This is a role that involves working with the team and customers during the post-sales process to help them design a variety of software solutions and lead the technical implementations, guiding them to successfully deliver value with quality.
**What You'll Do**- Coach and provide hands-on technical leadership for the technical implementations team.- Drive the implementation of development activities as technical lead.
Organize projects, resources and budgets as required in support of the Director of Post Sales.- Define, document, and support the creation of new processes and technical flows as required.- Mentored and developed team members, including setting and continuously supporting performance goals and organization achievement..- Work with other members of the Customer Success team in capturing requirements, defining solutions, solving technical challenges, and launching customers on the FreeAgent platform.- Document, code, test and maintain scalable solutions for multiple third-party integrations.- Understand the customer's business, and work with other Customer Success team members to design their requirements into a solution that is highly usable, easily adoptable, and also with demonstrable value.- Coordinate with other Customer Success resources and product development to ensure the customer's success and the product roadmap is aligned to customer needs.
**Requirements**:- 3+ Years of experience with Node Js.
Development.- Proven 2+ years of experience leading software development projects.- 4+ years experience in Team Lead/Manager Positions- Hands-on working experience in Frontend development using frameworks such as React JS, or Vue JS- AWS services: Lambdas, EC2, S3, API Gateway- Creating APIs/Web services: REST- Passionate about creating valuable engineering solutions.- Consulting mindset to deal with ambiguous requirements.- A team-player mindset to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.- Strong English communication skills.
