BASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience.Experience scripting in modern programming languages.Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.Knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP.Experience working with REST API based services.Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON.Experience using SQL-based relational databases.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience scripting in one or more languages (e.g. Bash, Python, Perl, Ruby).Experience using Git.Knowledge of IT Support processes and SLA management.Knowledge of OpenAPI specification and tools.Automating DevOps tasks including CI/CD, infrastructure management, software testing, and production monitoring.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
