We are looking for an accomplished Director of Brand and Partnership Marketing to lead our efforts in building a strong brand presence and developing impactful partnership programs. This strategic leadership role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth and positioning in the global market, reporting to VP of Growth. The leader needs to have experience across all marketing channels and be able to build strategy and execute an integrated marketing program.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and Strategize: Lead the brand and partnership marketing functions, creating a 360-degree integrated marketing strategy to drive brand equity and partnerships.Execute Programs: Design and execute innovative brand campaigns and collaborative partner initiatives that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.Global Collaboration: Work closely with international teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless execution and alignment of global strategies.Partnership Development: Establish and manage high-value relationships with partners, identifying opportunities for mutual growth and shared success.Performance Measurement: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to refine strategies and achieve continuous improvement.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholders across the marketing team to ensure alignment and seamless execution of integrated strategies.Team Leadership: Build and nurture a collaborative team culture that embodies the company's values and drives the achievement of shared goals.Qualifications:Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven success in marketing roles, with experience in growth, brand and partnership functions.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.Global Mindset: Strong ability to work effectively with a global team across multiple time zones, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability.This role is ideal for a marketing leader with a strategic vision, strong execution capabilities, and a passion for innovation and collaboration.
