About the Team
SoundOn is a platform powered by TikTok to help new and independent music creators distribute their music globally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work as the main point-of-contact of artists and labels to oversee music uploads, moderation, distribution, promotion progress. Provide day-to-day communication and support to prioritized clients.
- Work closely with artists, labels, cross-functional teams like A&R and marketing teams to deliver strategic support and satisfying service to clients, in terms of projects like artist development, new release plans, track promotional support, etc.
- Manage projects and work with cross-functional teams to secure execution and performance.
- Provide regular reports regarding artist development, promotion and reporting, and present to key clients.
- Oversee the artists and labels catalog and new releases, collaborate with marketing teams to seek upsell opportunities, to secure business results.
- Keep clients up-to-date on all the new services, features and campaigns.
- Follow up closely with the contract signing & renewal and payment process.
- Over 3 years in the music and entertainment industry
- Solid networking skills in the local market
- Good knowledge of local artists and labels landscape
- A love and passion for all types of music
- Strong project management and cross-functional team communication skills. Capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
