Source Inspector

**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The inspection of in-house and vendor purchased products, raw material,s and services.
- The inspection of packaging and labeling materials used for medical devices.
- **POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Inspection Function**:

- Inspects finished products and material for visual, mechanical, and dimensional characteristics, using inspection sheets and applicable sampling plans.
- Prepares required documentation and ensures paperwork compliance on all inspected items.
- Assists in identification and segregation of non-conforming materials/products.
- Follows inspection documentation, specifications, blueprints, and written and verbal instruction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $23,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- quality inspection: 1 year (required)
- metrology experience: 1 year (required)
- reading specifications and drawings: 1 year (required)
- following applicable inspection procedures: 1 year (preferred)
- use of sampling tables: 1 year (preferred)
- medical device industry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Basic English proficiency level (understand, write, speak) (preferred)
