Sourcing Analyst, Talent Acquisition

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a local team of Recruiters.

Your Role Accountabilities

Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include phone, video and on-site meetings, complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.

Being an ambassador to the candidate experience! The Talent Acquisitions Operations Analyst will manage all logistics for interviews and will serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate while interviewing.

Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements,
the administration of legal documents, and other projects as needed.

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition.

- Advanced English Skills

- Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
