Sourcing Analyst, Talent Acquisition

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition.

- Additional ATS is a plus
- Advanced English Skills
- Experience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Previous experience working collectively with a team
- Demonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgency

Your Role Accountabilities

Supporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions.
Interviews may include phone, video and on-site meetings, complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.
Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents, and other projects as needed.
