This area represents a global spend of USD ~200+ million.We offer a flexible working environment where curious and adaptable people thrive.As a direct report to the Head of Claims Legal Sourcing within the Global Business Solutions Division, you will closely collaborate with Claims team on legal spend.**About the Role**:You will act as administrator of the legal service platform (TyMetrix) that manages legal invoices incurred by Swiss Re Group globally. You will serve as the point of escalation for issues related within the platform for outside counsels and claims users. You will be on charge of ensure processing and payment of invoices, monitoring the interfaces between the platform and additional systems. You will be responsible for the user access control and infrastructure settings within the platform. You will lead process improvement and approved initiatives that impact the platform functionality. In addition, you will prepare and provide training to the claims users periodically and as needed for new functionalities
