Sourcing Coordinator

Resumen: Responsible of assisting the Strategic Sourcing Leader in the Global/Regional Sourcing Supply Base Strategies, focusing on critical components related to Specific Commodities. **Responsabilidades**: Principal Responsibilities:- Provide the organization with productivity and cost saving projects to meet and/or exceed the annual objective.- Execute sourcing strategies under the guidance of the Strategic Sourcing Leader in alignment with Global Supply Manager.- Maintain the MAPICS database with any commercial term such as price, incoterm, payment term and conditions, for new and current parts.- Assure that the contracts negotiated by GSM or locally are taking place and inform the Strategic Sourcing Leader if this is not happening.- Coordinate quality and engineering approval for new samples. Assure Global Sourcing procedures for integration of new supplier/part is followed.- Support Purchasing Area in expediting activities.**Requirements**:- Professional Degree (Engineering or International Relations Career).- 0-5 years experience.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Advanced excel.- Business English.- Desirable knowledge in refrigeration, electrical and structural parts.- High sense of urgency.- Proactive.- Customer focus (internal and external).- Capability of work under pressure.
