Experiência y requisitos
- Define necessary actions and drive those as responsible persons within material management and inter-departmental to contribute to METTLER TOLEDO's new product development & transfer projects, strategies, and initiatives - Contribute to overall Procurement Execution and Strategy within METTLER TOLEDO Supply Chain and Operations - Support SAP Material Master Enrichment for Procurement. - Further develop structure and basis for project tracking and reporting QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management or Purchasing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (technical degree is preferred) -4-6 years of experience in purchasing/procurement of high mix/low-to-mid volume electrical and/or mechanical components commodity in a production environment - ISM and/or APICS certifications preferred - Professional attitude and best service practices always towards suppliers and internal/external customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven procurement negotiation skills - Strong experience with SAP Procurement, including contracts, PIRs, Source Lists, purchasing master data, and SAP/BI/HANA reporting - Strong procurement background and solid knowledge of MRP, Kanban programs, and inventory/logistics management solutions - Strong experience in various commodities relevant to mechanical, electro-mechanical, PCBAs, and optics
- Lean Management (Manufacturing) experience and knowledge is a plus - Self-motivated, pro-active, and persistent in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner - Systematic approach to work, target
- and result-oriented - Able to work effectively as a team member and contributor in support of a manufacturing environment
