.-Job descriptionThe Sourcing Execution Senior Manager is responsible for leading sourcing strategies that support the bank's procurement of goods and services. This role focuses on optimizing vendor relationships, reducing costs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning procurement activities with the bank's strategic goals. The position requires close interaction with global procurement teams to ensure strategic alignment, as well as collaboration with the bank's procurement outsourcing vendor (Genpact), which manages all tactical procurement activities.- **Key Responsibilities**:- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Planning:- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the bank's key categories, such as IT services, facilities, marketing, and professional services.- Collaborate with global procurement teams to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with the bank's overall global goals and procurement best practices.- Analyze supplier markets and industry trends to make data-driven procurement decisions.- Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure sourcing aligns with the bank's business objectives.- Supplier Management:- Lead supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations to ensure optimal service levels, quality, and cost.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure long-term partnerships and effective delivery of services.- Oversee supplier performance management, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), compliance requirements, and continuous improvement.- Global Procurement & Vendor Collaboration:- Serve as the key point of contact between the bank's strategic sourcing function and global procurement teams, ensuring that sourcing strategies are integrated and aligned globally.- Collaborate with the bank's procurement outsourcing vendor (Genpact), who manages all tactical procurement activities, to ensure seamless operations and execution of procurement strategies.- Ensure that the bank's procurement processes benefit from global synergies and are continuously optimized through coordination with both internal and external procurement stakeholders.- Cost Management & Efficiency:- Identify cost-saving opportunities across the bank's procurement categories while maintaining or enhancing service levels.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement processes and leverage economies of scale.- Track and report on cost savings, procurement performance metrics, and supplier efficiency.- Risk Management & Compliance:- Ensure procurement activities comply with banking regulations, corporate governance policies, and external legal requirements.- Mitigate risk in the supply chain by adhering to the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, supporting audits and risk reviews, and implementing all identified initiatives for continuous improvement
