Demonstrated academic achievement with qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Law or Science.Experience:8 to 12 years of Technology Strategic Sourcing (not transactional) experience with a focus in Software at a global company.Category Management experience with an emphasis in Software, SaaS and Hosting.8 to 12 years of Technology Procurement and Contract Management experience for leading large-scale, complex and/or regional/global categories of spend at the enterprise level.Responsible for leading the charge to evaluate new suppliers, negotiate current contracts, and execute on consolidation opportunities.Behaviors & Attributes:Independent, self-motivated leader with a proven track record of proactively identifying process efficiencies.Demonstrated ability to build strong trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders.Excellent client management skills, able to communicate effectively.Strong negotiating skills and experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong Leadership qualities.Results & outcome oriented.Ability to work with international teams and overseas stakeholders.Role Activities:Expert/proficient in Software procurement; end-to-end sourcing experience in other services categories is highly preferred.Obtain stakeholder requirements and validate current understanding of business needs.Create models and perform analysis to determine negotiation strategy.Lead the negotiation process for Software and SaaS contracts.Drive annual productivity improvements and cost savings initiatives.Provide RFx sourcing services for clients based on predefined service levels.Run various sourcing activities as assigned.Gather and summarize bid requirements, prepare bid package and publish to suppliers.Research and identify suppliers as required.Responsible for accuracy of contractual metadata within the GTP Contract Repository.Participate in peer reviews for other team members' projects.Present to executive leadership as necessary.Manage Team SLAs and KPIs as agreed with the client.Lead Governance calls with client stakeholders.Proactively work on team ideation and process improvement.This position requires hybrid work mode and needs your presence in the office for at least 60% of the workdays every week.About UsInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
