Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:The Sourcing Operations Leader will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development of the procurement organization's operational effectiveness by leading projects and continuous improvements that may include procurement processes, technology, supplier initiatives, and policies and procedures to mitigate risk across ABB ELPC.**Your responsibilities**:- Drive procurement efficiency and implement the best practices in vendor, spend., contract, invoice, supplier negotiations and digital sourcing management.- Build the Sourcing risk management process, identify, and manage risks in a manner that drives the business risk mitigation and ensures business continuity.- Build consensus and drive alignment amongst key stakeholders (including senior leaders) in support of Sourcing initiatives and programs (sourcing, implementation, compliance).- Monitor the execution of procurement policies, procedures, and processes and recommend process improvements and tools enhancements.- Plan and coordinate Sourcing team support of ERP, metrics reporting, and cost tracking tool implementation activities.- Manage procurement technology and associated SAP Vendor Master File via supplier onboarding workflow process.- Support the Buy to Pay process to ensure that the suppliers' data are accurate and reliable for payment.- Manage a direct report as well as the training and skills program for the Sourcing team.**Your background**:- 5+ years of experience in a sourcing, supply chain management or equivalent role.- Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related.- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP software.- Experience with MBA or Masters.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
