Located at the procurement effectiveness team, the Procurement Sourcing Program Manager (PPM) is a versatile and dynamic leader focus to lead several programs among AI-driven initiatives, digital transformation, negotiation, and business transformation initiatives within procurement. This role is designed to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization, ensuring procurement strategies remain at the forefront of technological innovation and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities: · Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of procurement programs to align with the organization's strategic objectives and digital transformation goals.
· Drive the adoption and integration of AI and digital technologies within procurement processes to propel the organization forward in its digital transformation endeavors.
· Innovate and deploy AI solutions to optimize procurement effectiveness, emphasizing continuous improvement and technological advancement.
· Adapt to evolving organizational needs by managing negotiation programs, supply securitization and development projects, governance of growth and capacity, sustainability, and other procurement initiatives as required.
· Contribute to the development and enhancement of organizational processes and playbooks for essential procurement tasks, while driving adoption and ensuring process discipline.
· Maintain a versatile skill set and approach, ready to pivot focus in response to strategic shifts or emerging priorities within the procurement team.
· Collaborate closely with the procurement effectiveness team, digital procurement, and other cross-functional teams (regional and global) to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of various projects.
· Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
· Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including presenting program updates and outcomes to senior management.
· Cultivate a culture of agility, collaboration, and innovation, inspiring the team to embrace new challenges and opportunities with resilience and creativity.

This job might be for you if you fit the following requirements: Requirements: Demonstrated experience in leading AI initiatives within a procurement or similar context, with a strong foundation in digital transformation strategies. Proven versatility in managing a range of procurement priorities, including but not limited to negotiation and pipeline generation, processes and playbooks based on business needs. Good understanding of AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques, with the ability to guide their application in solving business problems. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Ability to translate technical concepts and findings into actionable business strategies and processes. Strong process mapping and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and communications skills Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead a team through transformational initiatives. Qualifications: A background in procurement, technology, or a related field, with significant experience in program management and digital innovation. An advanced degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, supporting a deep understanding of both procurement processes and AI applications. Personal Attributes: High adaptability and flexibility, with a readiness to take on varied responsibilities as dictated by the procurement team's evolving needs. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of navigating complex challenges and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
