- B.S.
Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Education requirements may be obtained through an educational institution or gained through equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years work experience in Supply Management, Procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing within a global, organization with experience in sourcing strategies for internationally based suppliers.
Experiência y requisitos
- Familiar with working within a regulated industry such as FDA and ISO requirements and the implications upon quality systems and manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience with Oracle-based reporting interfaces preferred, with Power BI preferred.
- Supplier Relationship Management.
Communicating effectively cross-functionally, with proven track record of building and leading teams.
- Aptitude with leadership, customer service, problem solving, communication, negotiation, tact, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale RFQ, perform quote analysis, and present results and recommendations.
- Ability to collect and analyze data, presenting results clearly and concisely.
- Able to provide technical presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Ability to act as a non-biased mediator in disputes with suppliers and company personnel.
