Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.**Who you are**:- Proven experience as a Sourcing Recruiter, preferably within the tech industry, with a strong track record of identifying and attracting passive talent in Mexico.- Deep knowledge of Software Engineering talent profiles.- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sourcing efforts.- Excellent command of data and analytics and shown success in data-driven organizations; proficient in using data to guide decisions and change- Understand the process of attracting and retaining the brightest minds from all backgrounds, while cultivating the power of a diverse organization.- Ability to balance the role of strategic sourcing advisor with urgency while simultaneously managing and delivering results in a growing and very fast-paced environment.This role has been categorized as a teleworker position.
