Bachelor's Degree required or 2+ years of full time Amazon experience.
- 1+ year of corporate and or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.
- 1+ year of experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
- 1+ year of experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills.
