**Description**SRG Global, a Koch company, is currently seeking Sourcing Specialist.The Sourcing Specialist has fully responsibility to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones. Responsibilities also include sourcing products, materials and services at competitive prices and to find alternative suppliers if existing ones are unable to meet their obligations. To be that successful one, you should be able to develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance sourcing strategies, own analytics skills, sense of urgency and become a strategic advisor for our operations.**Requirements**:English language, Analytical & Strategical skills, excel & PPT management, sense of urgency, leadership skills & supplier management.**Responsibility**:Responsible for maximizing the profitability through optimized pricing, service and leveraged supply strategies.**Jobs details**:- Sourcing and negotiation for Capital, Indirect, MRO and few raw materials.- Understanding business strategies and needs, in order to deliver support from a sourcing standpoint, be a strategic advisor to the business.- Improve capability of sourcing team in terms of cost effectiveness and service- To be a business partner with all stakeholders to create superior value and meet expectation- Able to understand contracts with commercial point of view and work with Legal team- Coordinate with Global and/or Regional capability team- Manage relationship with vendors, requestors, and performance management- Develop sourcing plans of key materials to meet production demands and working capital targets**Qualification**:- Bachelor's degree or master's degree Economics, Administration, International Business, Engeenering, or related field.- Automotive Industry experience.- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing.- Strong negotiation and sourcing skill.- Good communication skill in English.- Excellent communication and people skill.- Understanding of data analysis and forecast methods.- Experience in Coupa sourcing is plus.- Able to travel.- Leadership without authority.- Good team player, Self-starter, and well-organizedSRG Global, a Koch company, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high value coatings on plastic for the automotive and commercial truck industries with a manufacturing presence in major world regions including North America, Western and Central Europe and Asia.
