Join our KB Rail Mexico team in our next steps.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:**Position Summary**: Sourcing Specialists concentrating heavily on the Electronics market which may include activities associated with Inter-company/Intergroup materials procurement and direct shipment to customers. Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspectiveusing existing solutions. Works independently; receives mínimal guidance. Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years.**Essential Functions**:- Work with Commodity Management group to support execution of strategy to achieve best cost, best quality, best delivery times and latest technologies from a global supply base.- Support resource efforts for necessary production materials to the NYAB global supply base.- Monitor, track, and manage critical EL supply issues within establish EL supply base. Develop alternative supply solutions, risk mitigation efforts, and ensure execution of supplier improvement plans.- Maintain daily direct communication with Suppliers for Purchase Order confirmation, delivery status, controlling logistics costs, and inventory impact.- Work closely with Commodity Management and Supply Chain Team to improve on time/and flexible deliveries from our suppliers- Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.- Proactive expediting and management of current, future, and obsolete material requirements deemed necessary by Master Scheduler and/or Material Coordinator's analysis of product assembly component inventory breakdowns.- Management and record keeping for supplier NDA's, unique supplier agreements and legal review of supplier documents if needed.- Report to executive management the supply base risk mitigation, performance, market tendencies and overall state of the commodity.- Support the Program Managers lead project for purchasing requirements.- Responsible for system cost data; SAP, MPI, TPI; support for finance in the yearly standard cost roll.**Management & Supervisory Responsibilities**:- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
