.What's the role?:This position will manage data, requisitions in Peoplesoft & Coupa (ERP/finance/purchasing system) as well as assist in the creation of contracts in collaboration with category managers and legal in COUPA to ensure validity and accuracy of information entered.Using servicenow.The position executes all help desk requests for a given region and follow all defined procedures through signature of contract and dispatch of PO.Directly support and interact with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable and Internal Customers Globally. In addition, the person may support special projects as required.Main Responsibilities- Reviews the content of requisitions, trigger appropriate reviews including due diligence, support the creation of new suppliers and creation of contracts in collaboration with the requisitioners, category managers and legal using an electronic purchasing system.- Has a good understanding of Sourcing processes and policies.. Liaises with requesters, internal and cross functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner, maintain documentation/ information trail as per audit requirements.- Responds to help desk tickets, resolve within SLA with a customer-oriented approach.- Creates seamless and pleasant procurement experience for customers by maintaining accurate Job Aids, identify and implement improvement/automation opportunities in Procure to Pay process, Contributing/leading in Special Projects.- Manages supplier setup process by validating & approving profile changes in system.Who are you?- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Finance.- Minimum 3+ years in a purchasing, business operations and/or related experience to be proficient in role.- Experience and proficiency in ERP/ PeopleSoft. Experience with Coupa/Coupa certified would be appreciated.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work with and maintain confidential material.- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively work with all levels of HERE employees.- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn.- Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to continually re-prioritize.- Strong customer service orientation combined with the highest quality assurance standards.- Proficient with MS Applications (Ms- Outlook, Ms Excel, MS PowerPoint).- Experience with ServiceNow as a Help- Desk function would be helpful.Who are we?- Ever checked in somewhere on social media?- Ever tracked your online orders?
