.What's the role?: Use Coupa and PeopleSoftIt consists in managing requests/requisitions from requesters in Peoplesoft & Coupa and data, (ERP/finance/purchasing system) as well as assist in the creation of contracts in collaboration with category managers and legal in COUPA to ensure validity and accuracy of information entered.Use ServiceNowThe person will manage all help desk requests for a given region and follow all defined procedures leading to the signature of the contract and dispatch of the PO.Directly support and interact with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Internal Customers Globally. In addition, the person may support special projects as required.. Main Responsibilities:- The person will:- review the content of requisitions: Purchase Requisitions (direct and indirect),- review supplier onboarding (including triggers appropriate reviews including due diligence),- create some of the contracts in collaboration with the requisitioners, category managers, and legal,- manage the approval flows,- send the contracts for signature,- liaise with requesters, internal, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly, and maintain documentation/ information trail as per audit requirements.- The person will manage help desk tickets and resolve within SLA with a customer-oriented approach.- The person will create seamless and pleasant procurement experience for customers by maintaining accurate Job Aids, identifying, and implementing improvement/automation opportunities in the Procure to Pay process, and contributing to/leading Special Projects.Who are you?:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international trade or finance.- Minimum 3+ years in procurement, procurement, sourcing, purchasing, business operations, and/or related experience to be proficient in the role.- Has familiarity with Procurement processes and policies.- Experience and proficiency in ERP/ PeopleSoft. Experience with Coupa/Coupa certification would be appreciated.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work with and maintain confidential material.- Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively work with all levels of HERE employees.- You demonstrate ability to learn quickly and handle difficult situations or tasks with determination, flexibility and resilience.
