Sourcing Specialist (Manufactura-Automotriz)

Important american company leader in providing display merchandisers, refrigeration systems, installation and services to food retailers around the world, is looking for:**SOURCING SPECIALIST (Manufacture-Automotive)****Description**:Responsible of assisting the Strategic Sourcing Leader in the Global/Regional Sourcing Supply Base Strategies, focusing on critical components related to Specific Commodities.
**Principal responsibilities**:- Provide the organization with productivity and cost saving projects to meet and/or exceed the annual objective.- Execute sourcing strategies under the guidance of the Strategic Sourcing Leader in alignment with Global Supply Manager.- Maintain the MAPICS database with any commercial term such as price, incoterm, payment term and conditions, for new and current parts.- Assure that the contracts negotiated by GSM or locally are taking place and inform the Strategic Sourcing Leader if this is not happening.- Coordinate quality and engineering approval for new samples.
Assure Global Sourcing procedures for integration of new supplier/part is followed.- Support Purchasing Area in expediting activities.
