Overview:**Responsibilities**:- Team Management:- Lead and mentor a team of sourcing agents, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, and regularly monitor progress towards goals.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Strategic Planning:- Collaborate with senior management to develop sourcing strategies and plans aligned with company objectives.- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and trends in the medical supplies industry.- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to optimize cost savings and ensure a reliable supply chain.- Supplier Management:- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure high-quality medical supplies and equipment at competitive prices.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and timely delivery of products.- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.- Cost Optimization:- Monitor market trends and fluctuations in prices to inform cost-effective procurement decisions.- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising quality or reliability.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the medical supplies industry.- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of industry standards and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.- Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**Payment**:- Competitive base salary plus commissions based on profit.Pay: $17,497.32 - $19,391.38 per month**Language**:- Fluent English (required)
