**Vacante para la empresa CLASE AZUL en Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jalisco**:We're currently looking for a**Sous Chef**who will provide support in the preparation and design of operational strategies, will supervise the chefs of the different specialties, and will ensure the timely operation and compliance with the highest standards in the kitchens.**Responsibilities**:- Supervise the kitchen operation guaranteeing the fulfillment of all the activities of the process, attending the established standards to provide an outstanding experience through the senses.- Ensure the correct planning and direct the menu tests established by the Chef guaranteeing the optimal handling of food, presentation and flavor providing a high-end approach in the kitchen.- Ensure the quality of all the ingredients used in the menus seeking to comply with the highest guidelines of quality and safety, contributing to promote alliances with suppliers in the area.- Ensure the adoption of new cooking techniques and the operation management of kitchen equipment so that they are aligned with new culinary trends to continue innovating in haute cuisine processes.- Organize, train, and supervise the personnel in charge according to the procedures and standards established to ensure the quality of the dishes.- Monitor all aspects of the operation according to the standards set by current regulations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order are maintained.- Develop cleaning, order and maintenance programs in all kitchen spaces including refrigeration chambers and storage spaces according to the guidelines indicated by current regulations regarding health and safety to ensure that the spaces are in optimal conditions for consumption and for the flow of collaborators.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, or related field.- Passionate about exquisite and personalized service.- Advanced knowledge and experience of Mexican cuisines.- Advanced knowledge and experience of new cooking techniques.- Advanced knowledge and experience of sanitation standards.- Office literacy.- Proficiency in English (ability to handle the whole interview in English).- Demonstrated superior knowledge of fine dining kitchen operations.- Ability to communicate creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and teamwork.- Proven ability to effectively lead in a variety of situations with customer needs and staff members.- Willingness to live or commute to Tepatitlan, Jalisco.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Turismo / Hotelería**Industria**:Finne dining**Habilidades**:- liderazgo- fine dining- gastronomía mexicana- cocina mexicana contemporanea- experiências
